Having grown up with a father who was a full time realtor with 35 years experience Jon was exposed to the real estate industry at a very impressionable age. As a result he acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry that usually only comes with years of active brokerage experience.
Prior to founding The Real Estate Works, Inc., Jon was affiliated with the family-owned real estate brokerage firm. Jon was consistently a key partner in the growth and the development of the firm by coaching agents, implementing training seminars to increase agent productivity and counseling agents with their questions or concerns regarding any issue of a technical or licensing nature. Jon also has extensive knowledge in the field of property management as he has managed the family’s own rental portfolio, as well as his own for 29 years developing an unmatched skill set in residential
sales and property management.
