Josh Hundley

Josh Hundley, a native of Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas, has spent the last 15 years in Southwest Florida (Lee County) actively practicing Real Estate. For the past 11 years, his Real Estate career in Florida established him in the Multi-Million-Dollar Club with Ruby and Masters Awards.

His background before starting a career in Real Estate was focused on new construction of (residential and commercial) properties and remodels. Most of his knowledge and “know how” came from local Forsyth and Davidson county contractors, of which he is still friends. The combination of construction and Real Estate experience has opened many opportunities. Within the past 5 years, he has rebuilt many “investment” properties from homes in Connecticut to overseeing entire apartment communities is Smyrna, Georgia. Josh is committed to the industry and looks forward to all challenges and learning opportunities.

Currently, he holds Real Estate licenses in the states of Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina and is excited to finally be “home”. He looks forward to helping the Triad area continue its tremendous growth and diversity.
